I've always found GitHub Trending a bit overwhelming. You scroll, you see a bunch of repos, but there's no easy way to filter by what you actually care about. Last week a friend sent me a link to git-homed.org, and it's become part of my morning routine. The site tracks the trending page daily, then neatly groups new projects by programming language and category. So if I only want to see fresh Rust tools or machine learning repos, I can jump straight to those sections instead of digging through everything. It's not fancy, but it saves me real time. I've already found two libraries I now use at work. If you like discovering open source but hate the noise, give git-homed.org a try. It's a small tool, but it does one thing well.
