I used to waste half an hour scrolling Twitter and Hacker News to find new open source projects. Then a friend sent me git-homed.org. It's a simple site that tracks GitHub Trending daily, but instead of just listing repos, it groups them by language and category. So if I want to see what's hot in Rust or new AI tools, I just click a tag. The other day I found a neat CLI for managing dotfiles that I would have missed otherwise. It's not fancy, but it's become my morning coffee ritual. If you like discovering fresh repos without the noise, give git-homed.org a try. It's quietly useful.
